A nod to the classic, malt-forward and O.G cask heaven.
Pouring a deep chestnut this is all about that malt platform, get set for a toffee and buttery biscuit base thanks to Castle Malting's Arome and Special B classic grains.
All British hops keep the classic nature true to style with subtle blackcurrant and spice.
CLASSIC.BEST.BITTER - don't mess with it.

Cask at the Duke of St Albans, Highgate on 16th July 2024. Deep coppery amber with yellowy white foam and full lacing. Rich and solid malt aroma. Firmly malty in-mouth with a bitter kick. Grassy bitterness and nutty maltiness dominate the finish. Medium bodied with an engaging mouthfeel.
