Trail is our pale ale, brewed with regenerative, bio-diverse barley from Wildfarmed. Lightly hopped, with notes of pithy citrus, grapefruit and a deliciously soft bitterness. A classic pale ale… just a little bit better for the planet.

From tap at Gypsy Hill taproom with Terje during a food festival and concert with Mike’s band 12.04.24. Clear golden. White head and lacing. Aroma and taste of sweet pilsner malt, grains, herbs, and lemon and lime marmalade.

Tap at The Colmore, Birmingham. Possibly my worst half from this fine establishment. It looked the part with a good head to the light amber body although the roaring carbonation up the glass was a warning sign. The flavour was very basic. Light citrus, earthy malt, flora and veg hints. Biggest issue was the very heavy carbonation - it was a serious burp fest. On the way out I noticed they had taken this one off tap.

Cask by stillage at One Inn The Wood, Petts Wood on 23rd February 2024. Hazy amber with shallow off-white foam and scant lacing. Zesty peel aroma. Fruity liquid, a bitter transient and a citrus peel finish. Medium bodied with an engaging mouthfeel.
