Pigs Ear. Cask. Almost clear amber beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Palate is light and smooth and fairly dry, reasonable fine carbonation. Light malts, caramel and toffee but really not at all sweet. Some ripe fruits and plenty of esters before a dry finish. Meh.
