January needs something to make you feel warm inside. To hold the chill at bay this cracking IPA will warm the cockles of your heart.
High Gravity India Pale Ale. Cascade and Columbus Hops Dominate this Strong Ale. Full Bodied pale malts balance the hoppiness.

Gravity cask from their stall at Sandwich food and drink festival, 18/05/19. Golden amber with a decent egg shell white head. Nose is biscuit malts, toffee, fruit esters, brown bread. Taste comprises candied orange peel, straw, malt forward, bready notes. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with modest hop bitterness. So so affair ... lacks flavour for the ABV.
