This big clean and classic IPA is a real delicious treat. Charged full of Mosaic for those punchy citrusy and piney notes, Simcoe for the ripe stone fruit flavours and Ekuanot for that zesty, pithy. Brewed with the finest Caramalt and Cararuby malts for nice sweet toffee underlay.

Can at home in Hackney - picked up from Grapes & Hops. Sadly this can is a bit old. Pours mostly clear gold with a creamy, white topping. Light to medium sweet flavour with some crackery pale malts, faded pine, some floral notes, dried orange peel. Medium bodied with fine, massaging carbonation. Subtle warmth to finish, a little booze, more dry pale crackers, aged pine and citrus rind. So so at this point.

Can on 19th April 2022 from Clapton Craft, Kentish Town. Opaque amber with off-white ring-and-film leaving scant lacing. Zesty aroma with tropical fruits to the fore. Bitter grapefruit in-mouth and finish. Zingy mouthfeel and a full body afford easy drinking for this strength.

Keg at Heidrun HW, 03/02/21. Clear golden with an off white covering that dissipates to a swirl. Nose is mellow tropical fruits, pine nip, ripe melon, grass. Taste comprises lychee, melon, papaya, grass, mandarin. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close splashed with mellow hop bitterness. Not bad.
