Noted that this was the last beer I had in a bar whilst RB was still in operation!
Almost clear orange to light amber topped with a lasting off white head.
Nose is earthy fruits, biscuit, light breads, orange peel.
Taste comprises crackers, grains, herb, orange zest, hedgerow.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a light bitter edge.
Okay cask pale.

Cask at the River Ale House, Greenwich on 5th March 2022. Golden amber with shallow off-white foam affording full lacing. Very fruity aroma with spicy notes. Richly malty in-mouth with a wealth of candied fruits and nuttiness - hazelnut. A finish of bitterness and malty nuttiness. Full bodied with a smooth mouthfeel. Absolutely exquisite.

Cask at the brewery taproom. Pours clear yellow-gold with a creamy white head. The nose holds hay, grass, dough and butter. Light sweet flavorbwith harsh grassy bitterness, wood, butter, doughy white bread. Light bodiednwith fine carbonation. Abrasive grassy bitterness on the finish, with lingering buttery dough, a little smoke, hay, grain husk. Not good.
