22 oz. bottle thanks to Willrunforbeer. Bottled 7/8/2014. The color clear in color gold, crystal clear. Aroma is oak, lemon pulp, funky Brett.

The flavor has strong tart passion fruit in spades! Wow. Also strong amounts of lemon rind and light hints of oak. Texture is very dry and shows some cottonmouth. Honestly, this has become SUPER tart. I mean punch you in the mouth tart. That said I don’t hate it. It does need something to balance but considering the ingredients, it’s still pretty drinkable.
