A contemporary India Pale Ale brewed with feet firmly planted in the Northwest and a nod to New England. Mosaic and Columbus hops get lots of play here creating a beer that is tropical, fruity, dank, soft, and balanced.

Sampled from the tap at the Slabtown location. Pours a hazy yellow with a slight gold hue and a white head that lasts throughout the beer and laces. Aroma has earthy and bitter citrus with some sweet grains and a touch of onion underlying. Flavor has dank and bitter citrus with earthy onion and a bit of sweet grain backing.

The Aromas are mainly fresh resin hops with a little Citrus and pale malt. Flavors are massively citric with a little bit of Carbonic Tang some sweet and bitterness to balance things out. Great body and finish. Great drinking beer

Draught at Farmhouse Tap, 3/23/18.
Lightly-to-moderately hazy, orange-golden. White head slowly fades to cover.
Glass-of-orange-juice-like nose seems very forcefully NE IPA. Soft tanginess and just all sorts of citrus, with strong grapefruit accents. Malt seems a bit sweet as it mixes with the juicy hop character and it ends with full-on orange-honey-vanilla milk shake-like character.
In the mouth it's surprisingly much more dry than the aroma would suggest with earthy, green hoppy notes. Very light on the palate, even, with low bitterness. Dries out severely, with some scratchy grain and heavy thinning. Wow, what the hell happened to all the malt promised in the nose?

12 oz. draft at Farmhouse Tap & Grill. Color shows the typical haze. Aroma is real good, tropical fruit, mild grass, hints of dankness. The flavor was real nice initially however, the body and texture was real thin. As it warmed the body seemed under-malted. Overall, for the "New England" style, it falls very average for me.

Sample during "Hillary’s Portland to Columbus Beer & Birthday Bash!" on 01/20/2018. Hazy straw-gold color with a medium white head that diminishes gradually to a film. Partial rings of lace. Aroma of tropical fruit, herbal hops and malt. Medium body with flavors of grapefruit, resiny hops and malt. The finish is moderately bitter with a tropical fruit and hop aftertaste. Pretty good all around.
