Light yellow pour. Typical cider aroma. Starts slightly sweet and finishes crisp and dry like wine. Some mild gin or liquor flavors. Easy drinking.

Sampled from the tap at the St. Paul Summer Beer Fest. Pours a very hydrated pee with a white had that dissipates to the edges quickly. Aroma has a good amount of juniper with an underlying light bitter apple. Flavor combines juniper and light bitter apple well.

Okay, before there was beer in my life there was Gin. I still am a little bit of a Gin guy.
Here goes.
Only one can of this and I opted for the wine glass.
The appearance was a yellow color with a bubbly carbonation surfacing into a fizzy bubbly head.
The smell started off with some apples in a vinous sort of way but after a bit of warming more of a dry spritzy grassy and refreshing sort of aspect arrives in a decent fashion.
The taste was mainly sweet and vinous with a distracting amount of what isn’t gin to me but that grassy spritzy dried fruit context. There’s a super dry apple/peach aftertaste with the same finish.
On the palate, it hits my tongue pretty harsh and dry.
Overall, I never really get the \"gin botanicals\" in this cider so to me this is just another cider with a light peach flavoring in the taste.
