Clear golden and light peach coloured body with a thinnish, off-white head, about two centimetres tall. Aroma of brine, light apricots, peaches, plums and a heavy hit of lactobilly notes with a light grassiness. Light-bodied; Strong salty, oaky and tequilla notes dominate with a lot of brine, but an equal amount of nice stone and pitted fruits - very soft but showing a lot of character. Aftertaste shows a good sweetness that hits nicely, a thin malt quality, but a lot of briney and salty character that give this a very nice balance and make it refreshing. Overall, a very nice gose with a lot of fruity flavours, some balanced malts and a very elegant oaky and salty finish that blends nicely together to form a refreshing and flavourful, fruity beer. Great to sample and well-recommended for the style, if you can find it! I sampled this sixteen ounce, pint-sized can, purchased from Total Wine in Cary, North Carolina (Crossroads Boulevard) on 30-May-2021 for US$4,49, canned on 16-March-2021 with the tagline 'I won't say DON'T Add Tequila', sampled in my hotel room here in New York, New York on 22-June-2021 before leaving for Alaska.

Refrigerated pint can poured into a glass. Hazy golden with small white head. Aroma is lime, light body, medium carbonation, and little lacing. Taste is grapefruit, lime, and brine.
