Optisch wie man sich ein Hefe vorstellt, wenig Schaum. In der Nase kaum auszumachen, im Trunk cremig, hefig, leichte Frucht, hinten trocken.

Hazy pale yellow pour with a one finger white head. It smells of cloves, bananas, and yeast. The flavor is somewhat sweet with banana and spice. Nothing special, but it works okay.

On tap (just listed in the restaurant as Hefeweisen (sic), but it must be this). Pours a cloudy yellow with a white head. Apple yeast aroma. Flavor has yeasty pale malt, wheat, apple, pear. A bit on the lighter side, but still tastes good enough.

12oz bottle pours out hazy straw topped with a white head. Nose is light wheat notes and some grass. Taste is more of the light wheat a touch of grass.

Tap. Pours quite hazy golden, small white head, decent lacing. Aroma is wheat, grain, lemon. Flavor is light sweet, light bitter, lacing pretty much all trace of what makes a hef a hef. Light body. Boring. Hint of acidity.
