A mixed fermentation sour wheat beer brewed with salt and coriander. Soured in tank with a blend of three different lactic acid bacteria (lactobacillus), this Gose was fermented with both our clean, house saison yeast and a house Brettanomyces culture. Its bright, sour, salt and funk flavours are sharp and fresh, and will continue to evolve over time.

Keg at the brewery. A translucent yellow gold coloured pour with a a frorhy white head. Aroma is salty like and lemon sherbet, wheat, hints of the seaside. Flavour is composed of tart pithy lemon, lemongrass and lime zest. Finish dry and tart with nice amount of salt palate is tart and dry, highish powdery carbonation. Lingering bitter lemon and grapefruit. Really refreshing. Pithy the weather is crap.

Keg at the brewery tap. Pours lightly hazy yellow-gold with a slender, creamy white head. Nice sweaty, salty, lemony aroma. Light sweet flavour with mild citric tartness, a hit of salty sweat. Light bodied with spritzy carbonation. Pretty fresh and clean on the finish, more salty, tart lemon, wheat flakes. Easygoing and tasty.
