A mixed fermentation sour wheat beer brewed with salt and coriander. Soured in tank with a blend of three different lactic acid bacteria (lactobacillus), this Gose was fermented with both our clean, house saison yeast and a house Brettanomyces culture. Its bright, sour, salt and funk flavours are sharp and fresh, and will continue to evolve over time.

On tap at Brew By Numbers Bermondsey. Hazy pale gold colour lasting white head. Salty lemon yoghurt aroma. It’s a slightly salty lemon sour. Not my favourite as too lactic for me. Too milky yoghurt. I think i have recognised that this isnt my style. Its not bad or any brewing faults. I just dont like gose i think.

Chris Hall's birthday bash. One of the best gose beers I have ever had. On par with Oxbow. Which I have from a keg plenty of times.

Keg at BBNo. It pours cloudy yellow with minimal head. The aroma is earthy, musty, grainy, cereal, kitty litter, yoghurt and salted lemon. The taste is dry, tart, salty, lemon peel, limeade, salted lemon, grapefruit, earth, grain, citric acidity and lactic tang with a dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Decent stuff.
