Bottled. Hazy orangeish golden colour with a mediumsized foamy head, which leaves some lace. Aroma is citrus, some salty tones as well as some slight earth and mild yeast. Flavour is bready and biscuity malts along with some floral, fruity, citrusy and some slight yeasty tones to it.

Bottle split at CBC Islington, One I'd aged for a year (or forgotten about!), 17/10/18. Hazed light golden orange with a decent off white covering. Nose is grassy, light pissy lemon, hint of funk, lemon rind, faint salt. Taste comprises lemon sherbets, sharp citric peel, light funk, straw, damp hay, light salt licks. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent.

Craft Islington. Thanks to Colin. Hazy yellow gold beer, thin white head. Palate is light and mildly dry, reasonable fine carbonation. Nice light lemony citrus with a modest savoury slant. Little lemon sherbet, light dry finish. Pretty drinkable.

(Draught at Café Derat, Utrecht, 26 July 2017) Pale yellow colour with brief, white head. Fruity, sourish nose with notes of lemon, salt and some white bread. Fruity, tart taste with lemon, salt, grass and a dry finish with a fresh tartness and low bitterness. Medium body, quite dry. Interesting, tasty and refreshing. Quite nice.
