12oz bottle pours with a deep gold body that has copper hues and supports a thin off white head. The aroma offers up yeasty Belgian spices and various light skinned fruity esters that have a banana, apple and a sliver of green bell pepper like fruity hoppiness. The taste starts with nice hoppiness that’s even with hop flavor and hop bitterness that picks up herbal, grassy and vegetable like fruity notes (what?). It then gets into yeasty Belgian spices mixed with fruity notes. This is a nice hoppy brew where the hoppiness is more forward than the Belgian yeasty spice notes and that works for me.

12oz bottle. Pours a hazy muted orange-tan with a big, steady, foamy vanilla head. Pleasant citrus tinged Belgian yeast aroma. A pretty solid BPA, approaching BIPA. Captures the style well...at least for an American Belgian Pale Ale. The hops are pronounced and have some nice depth, from tropical to pine. Solid.

Draft at Standard Market. Slightly hazy amber color under a thin. lacy head. Citrsuy hop nose. Taste is very hop forward, with a strong bitterness more like an Anchor Steam. Bitter aftertaste with just a hint of grapefruit at the back of the palate. The lighter alcohol lets it go down nice and easy, and leave just a hint of Belgian aromatic pale malts at the end.

Enjoyed on tap at Emporium Arcade in Chicago, IL while watching a Star Wars marathon. It's just decent. Appearance is a cloudy gold with a nice white head that laces to the glass. Aroma of light spice and tropical fruit, definitely smells like a Belgian ale. Taste finishes bitter with a moderate tart, more complex fruity elements in the flavor. The more I drink the better it gets.
