330ml bottle. Darkest brwon colour with average, thick, frothy to creamy, moderately lasting and lacing, beige to tan head. Sweet-ish, chocolately dark malty, slightly roasty and nutty aroma, notes of cocoa, roasted nuts, some nougat, minimally grassy, leafy and fruity hoppy overtones with a touch of mandarine. Taste is minimally sweet, chocolately dark malty, roasty, notes of cocoa, coffee, fruity hoppy overtones with hints of mandarine; smooth and soft palate, gentle carbonation, almost a bit watery though. Well balanced, harmonious - very nice!

330ml bottle kindly shared by Cunningham at Ale House, Chelmsford. Lasting fawn-coloured head over a pitch black body. Inviting aroma of cocoa powder. Grainy chocolate flavours together with dark dough and dark fruits. Fine, rounded bitter malty ending. Medium bodied. Good drinking (17.02.2017).

Jesus. 24 ratings and nobody is arsed to post a photo. Really dark, cola brown. Bubbly, messy, sticky, beige head. Nose has rubbery malts. Some plastic. Some coffee grinds. Some caramel. Taste is burnt plastic, acrid bitter. Oily mouthfeel. Burnt bitter finish. Not great.

Taste- smoky malt, chocolate, bitter hops, coffee, ashy roast, vanilla traces, fruity hops, toast. Smooth and slightly flat mouthfeel. Nice and chocolatey.
