Can from the lcbo. Black pour, medium beige head. Big roast, silky, smooth, mouth feel, coffee, cocoa. Medium bitterness, long, roasty finish.

Can from the LCBO. Opaque dark mahogany with a large lingering tan head that leave spotty lace. Nose is dark chocolate, coffee and roasted nuts. Light+ milk chocolate sweetness with a medium- coffee bitterness. Mouth is medium and creamy with soft carbonation though a touch thin for a stout. Nice. 8/4/7+/3+/15

This stout poured a deep dark brown colour with a creamy, brown head. Med lacing. Scents include toffee, burnt toast, coffee and smoke. First swig was sweet and delicious with flavours of coffee, roasted malts and a little smoke. Finish is burnt and slightly sweet with malty flavours lingering.

A very dark brown colour with very little highlights. The head is creamy, frothy, warm light mocha-coloured with good stay and some nice creamy lacing. Big coffee nose at first, but then, the dark fruits and roasted malts come out. The taste shows the burnt malts with hints of molasses, dark fruits and coffee. Not getting much chocolate in here, but still - good stuff as a regular stout.
