Our flagship beer, Northern Lights Hazy IPA is aggressively dry hopped with Citra, Mosaic, and Simcoe hops, Northern Lights bursts with aromas of mango, pineapple, and papaya. Pouring a hazy golden yellow, those juice-filled tropical flavours repeat on the tongue before giving way to a perfectly balanced bitter finish.

Full-bodied and flavourful, with lively carbonation. It’s a showstopper.

This IPA poured a cloudy, medium yellow colour with a big, creamy bright white head. Nice lacing. Scents include pineapple, lemon rind, cooked veggies, orange citrus and a little tea. First swig was hoppy but not too bitter with flavours of pineapple, lemon, orange, malt and a little honey. Finish is all hops with citrus flavours lingering.

Can from the lcbo. Hazy yellow pour with a medium white head. Citrus/tropical fruit bomb. Especially mango, peach, and grapefruit. Silky mouth feel, slightly watery, with a very soft carb. Soft finish, loads of citrus, subtle pine resins. A homb bomb, easily drinking, nice stuff.

Hazy golden-yellow colour with an amber hue. Foamy off-white cap, average retention and some light soapy lacing patches. Big orange aromas with some hints of honey. The taste has these oranges as well with juices and peel. Very slight pineapples in the background. Some decent hops in the finish giving some dryness, so not as juicy as expected. Still, a good hazy IPA.

Can from the LCBO. Hazy yellow gold with a small short live white head that generates some patchy lace. Nose is tropical fruit and citrus with light bread and some resin. Light sweet malts with a medium- citrus bitterness. Mouth is medium slick with average carbonation and a lingering bitter finish. 7/3+/7/3+/15
