(Bottle, Stockholm Beer & Whisky Festival, 6 Oct 2017) Golden colour with brief, white head. Fruity, spicy nose with tropical fruit, hay, earth and spicy yeast. Fruity, vinous taste with notes of tropical fruit, citrus, hay, spicy yeast and a vinous finish with a mild spicy bitterness. Full body, with a certain sweetness. Powerful and a bit boozy, but fairly tasty. Quite nice.

Bottle 330ml. @ The Shnoodlepip, London. [ As Adelsö Wild Child ].Clear medium orange yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, moderate yeasty, fruity yeast, candy, apple, light alcohol. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, pale malt, sweet malt, sweet apple, candy, fruity yeast, alcohol, medium dry. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft, finish feel is light alcoholic. [20170803] 6-3-7-3-14

Bottle from Systembolaget, e-order in August 2017. A bit hazy golden with a small white head. Sweet and heavy with alcohol, sugar, brandy and some fruit. The body was medium and the finish with warming alcohol.

33cl bottle at Chris & Ruth´s House. A clear pale golden beer with a small white ring. Aroma of strong malt, honey, riped fruits. Taste of sweet strong malt, honey, boozy, strange!

Bottle. Semi clear yellowish golden, quickly dissipating white foam. Aroma of candy, brandy, hay, citrus. Taste is heavy but elegant, oranges and sugar, alcohol and spices, yeast, apple and a warm alcohol in the finish. Medium to big body, high carbo. Very interesting take!

Bottled, from Systembolaget. Hazy golden, mid sized head. Aroma of apricot brandy, marzipan and white pepper. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Pungent apricot brandy, grainy aniseed-like sake (and pretty much all things alcohol). Elegant and brutal at once. I like it. I think.
