Slightly hazy, almost filtered orange-tan. Foamy, glass rimming head. Peppery, zesty herbal aroma. Pretty nice, a little less subtle than Belgian examples. Flowery perfume, herbs. Nice pepper tones.

Bomber thanks to Daknole. Pours clear orange amber with a large off-white head that dissipates slowly and leaves nice lacing. Aroma is citrus, orange peel, funk, pepper, herbs, grain. Flavor is the same, lightly sweet, grassy bitter, herbal and peppery notes. Medium body, interesting beer overall.

Pours gold with a thin-ish sort of white colored head of foam. The aroma emits sweet apples, loads of herbal rosemary, basil and anise. Nice and interesting for sure. The taste is similar with apple and pear and honey like sweetness riding on top of a firm degree of pleasing herbal goodness seemingly coming from the same characters noted in the nose; rosemary, basil and anise. Cool brew with plenty of interest and great balance of flavors.

22 oz. bottle in a trade. Thanks to BOLTZ555. Snifter showed hazy gold with big bubbly head that died quickly. Small ring left in the wake. Nose of orange, coriander and wheat. Taste has a lot of pepper, wheaty yeast and a light hint of the fennel pollen the brewer speaks of. Has a bit of orange pith, which kind of makes your mouth dry. Lighter in body with a zesty mouthfeel. Nice brew.
