Draft at FFF. Bronzed orange color. Foamy, off white head. Medium bodied, some light fruity tones, but somewhat like an imperial lager. Very subtle and malt centered. Sugary and sweet, but still balanced and creamy. Some mild tropical fruit tones. Pretty well done.

Taster at Bavarian Lodge. Bright yellow beer color, lighter than most pale ales. Smell is hoppy, but not too strong, as in, am I sure this is a 3F beer? Thin ring of foam. Taste has light malts to help showcase the hop, which tends toward a delicate flower and a bit of spice, but not the herbal note the menu suggested. A finish of plum and pomegranate.

growler sample - Pours golden with a white head. It smells of lemon and grassy hops. The flavor is mild to moderately bitter hops with sweet, light malts and citrus flavors. It’s mild and easy drinking though as others have noted one usually expects more flavor from 3 Floyd’s. Decent.
