Light yellow. Small white head. Standard aroma for the style with some hops. Light, refreshing. Not bad for a light.

Bottled. At least they didn’t just stick a Leinie’s label on a Miller Lite. Actually seems to have been brewed to be lighter, instead of just watered down. I couldn’t catch any corn notes, and I see no one else mentioned adjuncts. Get points for being noticeably darker than most lites, but this ain’t amber, Jake. Just some malt taste, not much other character besides "beer," and a litttle gassy. Okay as light beers go, but I can’t see too many situations where this would be the best choice you could have. And if you’re going to be light in your grain bill, what’s wrong with a few more hops for flavor, eh?

In appearance, no surprise: a light amber color, full head (off white), with good retention. Aroma is weak but has a little hop spice. Flavor has a tinge of caramel up front, a light body, and a firm bitter finish. Highly reminiscient of Yuengling, and perhaps even a tad better.
