months.
The first blend of Two has aromas of apricot, peach, and grapefruit along with Brettanomyces derived cellar character and a citrus flavor from our aged hops. It presents a depth in acid profile balanced by cream and caramel flavors from our New Jersey grains and brewing process. At the time of release, the beer in the bottle has an average age of 30 months and should age well for years to come.

500 ml bottle from Kane Direct, 12/18/21. Mostly clear bright orange color, white head, drippy lace. Heavy on the funk, wood, and grains. Some horse blanket and cheese. Solid feel. Solid overall, but lacks the nuance and complexity of the better Field & Oak stuff.

Bottle from Chris, bottled June 2020: pours golden with white head. Aroma is woody, funky, some fruity notes, not really basementy or cheesy, though. Taste is tangy, sour without really bring noticeably acidic, wood shining through. Excellent finish showcasing the funk of the beer.

50cl bottle orange peel and funk and barrel and oak and butter. Real funky flavor, natural wine, big butter and oak, nettles, lemon rind. Finishes dry and tart and fairly high acid. 7 3 7 3 13
