Reviewed from notes.
Can to tulip.
Appearance: orange pale color with a finger's worth of white foamy head which slid off nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: floral, citrusy, slight earthy and a slight yeasty/spicy tone; light clean malts
Flavor: wraps up the prior noted aromas to a fine sweet to spicy vibe; finishes citrusy & some spicy tones
Texture: light bodied, sessionable, some smoothness and a light yeasty spice assertiveness
Overall: odd for a witbier, where's the coriander? Hmmm, well, maybe I could come back to this for me but needs a couple more things done before it is a true witbier.

Dark golden with a large fluffy head that left good lacing. Tangy, musty, grainy and yeasty with coriander and perfume notes. Medium finish. Medium body.

I like white beers, tho not really white, but sort of. Got this 12oz can while on a trip passing thru danville, at one of the coolest markets around: Weiss, such a cool satisfying place! I got good food, I got lottsah eye candy and I got a mixed sixer of local beers for 12$! Yes, this just added to the culture of this local beer. Such a nifty place. This brew is pretty much lighter yellow transparent paper paste color yellow. Its nose is simply clean pale ale. Clear but a bit hazy pale brew. Not sure if its wit in nature and its not classified as a wit but there is a little wheat ale attributes in the mix, just a tad. When I look closer, perhaps the eye attributes can classify it as white, you know like wit. Just surprised it says white on it. Is it white pale ale? Just maybe. Its nice to see the head go rocky and craggy clear to the end. Not bad over all but if its going to call itself white, it better have more manners.
