Cask (handpump) @ MBCF17 [ Manchester Beer & Cider Festival 2017 ] Manchester Central Convention Complex, Windmill Street, Manchester, Greater Manchester, England M2 3GX. [ As Stubborn Mule IPA Single Hop - Mosaic ].Clear medium yellow orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, fruity malt, moderate hoppy, dried fruit, light butterscotch. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a long duration, sweet malt, sweet fruit, citrus, fruity hops. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. Manchester Beer Festival 2017. Clear golden with a strength to it, but its pale ale character just about dominates.
