Draught at the Sovereign, DC: pours clear gold with white head. Aroma is honey, yeast, some must, fruity. Taste is lightly sweet, loads of honey, some light fruitiness. Deep and complex. Really nice honey flavors.

Hazy sort of dull pale amber, a bit of honey up front, a bit of phenol, soft and sweet, with a the gorgeous pale malt note typical of this brewery. Very well-balanced; you would never know it’s 10%.

On tap at Garden Path, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out fermented out honey, with lots of oak, and wild yeast. Flavour is almost totally fermented out, with complex wild yeast, and oak. Really funky, with a great honey character underneath. I don't sense the tripel here, but whatever - it's excellent.
