[50cl bottle bought in Lincoln city centre.] A slightly hazy straw coloured pour with a thick white head and heavy carbonation; bready aroma with a hint of lemon; grainy body with a light lemony taste; and a gentle grassy bitterness. Certainly Kolsch-like.

500ml bottle at Message in a Bottle on 23rd April 2022. Decent attempt at a Kolsch, so no aroma, no taste and a bit 'thin' in body depth. I am being a little unkind, but that's a Kolsch to me. Actually this version had a little bit of all those missing attributes and did have some aroma, taste and body depth, all subtle of course!
