TCBW2024. Black colour, small purpleish brown head. Aroma is nutty, some chocolaty, plum, vanilla and mild toasted tones. Flavour is vanilla, chocolate, syrup, some mild alcohol sweetness with mild cocoa as well as nutty tones. Mild spiciness to it too.

500ml (thx, Ryan, for pointing out!) @ Black Christmas 2023 at Heritage Hall. Appearance: very dark brown with a beige head. Aroma: loads of chocolate vanilla, American oak. Taste: along the same lines, kinda boozy with tons of vanilla. Overall: good, but for HM it's ok.

Very dark brown with of course a purple accent, especially in the head. Aroma is so much hazelnut, rich chocolate, all kinds of vanilla. On the palate, super rich, like okay taha'οΏ½a vanilla, the ube throws in some je ne sais quoi, sweet chocolate and yeah where are those hazelnuts coming from? Baci gelato.The umami is off the charts in this beer -i have had ube beer at Pure Project and I'm starting to piece together the appeal.

On tap at Holy Mountain - Interbay, pours jet black with a medium purpleish head β very unusual. Flavour is really invigorating and unusual, with bourbon barrels, floral notes, and vanilla. Flavour is full of vanilla, bourbon, and fragrant floral notes (I guess from the ube). Carbonation is slightly higher than usual, but still very fitting. Lovely.
