Leading with citrus notes of blood orange, tangerine and grapefruit with just a smidge of pine, it finishes dry with a gentle bitterness, delishhh.

Can at home in the garden, 21st April 2024. Pours pretty clear, golden, nice neat, white head. Aroma is floral, aromatic. Taste is floral, medium bitter, resinous, light pith, smooth and very drinkable. I’ve always loved this hop and this shows it nicely

Keg at BeerKat, Ealing, London. A golden/yellow coloured pour with a medium white head on top. Hoppy, citrus, orange, lemon taste/aroma. slightly bitter. Decent enough west coast effort.

31st March 2024 Can. Bright clear gold beer, good pale cream colour head. Smooth and semi dry palate, decent fine carbonation coming through on the back end. Light smooth malts, a modest and slightly thin creamy sweetness. Very good Centennial hoppage, bright punchy tangerine and mandarin with a good ripe and slightly tangy lemon steak thrown in. A much lighter peel of all those citrus fruits. Nice pinch of black pepper. Light soft pine throughout. Light finish finds a mild hop spice and even a little tropical fruits. Lovely clean beer and a lovely job of showcasing the much under appreciated Centennial. Could drink a gallon of this!
