Keg at Anchor Tap, Croxley, Herts. A hazy golden/orange/yellow coloured pour with a healthy white head on top. Hoppy, citrus, orange, mango, tropical fruit taste/aroma. Pleasant enough IPA from Azvex.

Tap at Taphouse, Copenhagen 26/01/2024 Exotic tropical fruity medley in play, splash of pineapple, some nelson gooseberry and white grape, sweet malty support, balanced bitter hoppy close, very nice indeed.

Can from the Black Toad. This one is 6.3%. Appearance - murky to milky pale yellow. Foamy, white head. Nose - sweet green apple, yellow melon and earthy. Taste - riper green apple, melon and something approaching pineapple but not quite there. Palate - close to medium bodied, creamy middle and dry, lightly pithy finish. Overall - good. A bit muted on the nose, but much richer and more generous on the palate.

Ølhunden som kom inn fra kulden, på slutten av mitt private vorspiel før generalforsamling i a/s Nor-Horn: helt uklar skittengul med fint skum som varer helt ned. Saftig og full av velvilje, tropiske frukter, granskudd, mye citrus og papaya. Ikke for søt, så mersmaken henger i mens jeg bestemmer meg for neste trekk.
