Keg at Mad Squirrel, Amersham, Bucks. A hazy amber/red coloured pour with a medium off white head on top. Orange, malty, caramel, pine aroma and taste. Pleasant enough but rather thin.

Keg from Mad Squirrel, High Wycombe. Murky reddish-amber with a beige head. Lovely fruitiness up front - orange marmalade, grapefruit and a little apricot. A piney bite in the finish. An ugly brute that tastes great - I do like red IPAs!

Keg at MS HW, 23/11/23. Murky reddish to carrot orange with a light beige caps that thins some then remains. Nose is candied orange peel, caramel, airy malts, straw, toasted grains. Taste comprises bitter orange, grass, leafy notes, pine nip, red grapefruit. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with earthy come very lightly resinous hop bitterness. Tidy enough for the style.

Tap at mad Squirrel watford. A murky copper brown coloured pour with a a sticky off white head. Aroma is nice sticky pine orange peel,, resin, zesty, nutty malts. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, rounded malts, biscuit, tangy citrus, pine, resinous hop, mild zesty. Palate is semi sweet, tangy. Highish carbonation.

440ml can from Mad Squirrel, High Wycombe. Poured a murky reddish amber colour with a mostly lasting frothy white head. The aroma is dank hops, light caramel malt. The flavour is moderate bitter, with a dry, crisp, caramel malt, dank, resin, herbal, light woody hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.
