Bottle at a restaurant. Sweet and full with an aroma of dark malt, caramel, dried fruits. Medium sweet, soft roast. Good.

330ml bottle. Hazy, brown colour with average, frothy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, off-white to beige head. Rather weak, mellow malty, minimally nutty and toasty malty as well as slightly fruity, hoppy aroma, weak, unspecific fruitiness. Taste is sweet-ish, minimally nutty and chocolately malty, slightly caramel malty, minimally fruity hoppy, a minimally sugary touch, hints of berries and orchard fruit, minimally metallic overtones. Watery texture, slightly dry palate, medium, mildly prickly carbonation. Not overly bock-ish, rather unspecific flavours - OK.

33 cl. bottle @ home, bought online @ het biermoment.nl. Dutch brewery #560. Hazy amber with a thin white head. Malty caramel aroma. Sweet taste with a low bitter finish. Enjoyable doppelbock.
