[ As Stigbergets Hoppsan DIPA ].Hazy - murky matt medium orange yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate to heavy hoppy, citrus, pine, orange, fruity hops. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, sweet malt, pale malt, hoppy, citrus, fruity hops, orange. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Draft. An unclear golden beer with a lazing off-white head. The aroma has notes of hops, straw, mango, and citrus fruits. The flavor is sweet with notes of hops, citrus fruits, peaches, straw, and malt, leading to a bitter finish.

Draught @ Mikkeller, Aarhus. Pours dark hazy dark yellow with a white head. Aroma of malt, grassy hops, fruit, bitter citrus, Sorachi ace hops. Flavor is light sweet, malt, light caramel, grass, herbal, dill, sorachi ace, grapefruit. Medium body, average carbonation, dry and lasting bitter finish. Good, but would be great with another hop. 010317

Tap @ Mikkeller, Aarhus. Nice head with good duration. Color is hazy golden. Aroma and taste are rich hops, fruits, flowers, citrus and malt. Nice hoppy ipa and surprisingly balanced with the good amount of sorachi in the beer.

Tap@Himmeriget, Copenhagen - fuzzy yellow orange pour with white puffy head and lacing. Aroma and taste is big tropical and citrus fruity and juicy, some grapefruit, pineapple chunks, splash of lemon, lovely juicy mouthfeel, lovely, another winner from Stigbergets!

From tap. Pours hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is mild herbal, fruity. Crisp hoppy. Bitter, fruity. Slight estery. Bitter, fruity, dry. Lingering solid hoppy far finish.
