We’ve amped up our much loved New Zealand pale ale in this very special limited release!
Nelson Sauvin hops have been added in whole cone, T90 and Cryo form, for a lusciously aromatic and flavourful beer that’s bursting with notes of white grape, elderflower and gooseberry.
Light and refreshing with a balanced bitterness in the finish.
Vegan friendly and gluten free (brewed using Brewers Clarex)

Churchill died on this drinking day in history, my deception is I'm talking about Winston's father! This enhanced Deception is crisp, full bodied, mildly dry and pleasant for it, certainly hoppy with an excellent drinking texture, slipping down the palate too easily maybe? Fruity sugars get tasty.

Can sample rating 02Feb2025, courtesy of Fergus, cheers! Gluten Free. Hazed golden colour, white foam head and aroma of tropical fruit, citrus, hops. Taste is malt, grain, tropical fruity, citrus, pine, tangy with hop bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, drying hoppy bitter finish. Nicely drinkable. Same score as earlier Keg rating, softer carbonation and more general tropical compared to distinct passionfruit note on keg - interesting to make the comparison.
