[ As Leigh on Sea Grain Dead ].
ABV: 3.2%. Clear medium yellow colour with a small, frothy - fizzy and open, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, earthy, damp stain - fusty. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, damp stain - fusty, earthy, floral, sweet malt, pale malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20191203]

Gravity cask at Pigs Ear Beer Festival, Hackney on 4th December 2019. Amber with no foam or lace. Pungent aroma. Orchard fruits in-mouth, and a touch of creamy butterscotch. Dairy whipped cream and fruits in the finish. Zingy mouthfeel and light body.

Cask at Pigs Ear 2019 - Hackney. Pours clear gold with a small, creamy white head. Has grainy pale malts, a bit of dough, dry hay. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Finishes with notes of dry dough, grainy pale malts, hay. Eh, quite uninspiring.

Cask at pigs ear 2019. A clear pale orange coloured pour with halo of white head. Aroma is grainy, straw, hay, sicky, lemon, weed. Palate is semi sweet,. Grainy, moderate carbonation. Flavour is composed of sicky apple, earthy grains, sileage. Horrid.
