Cask at CBC, Clerkenwell on 8th September 2017. Clear amber with disappearing non-lacing foam. Nutty, malty aroma. Richly hoppy in-mouth with tangy citrus, which is fully answered by rich and intense biscuit malts. A sweetish blend of the two continues into the finish. Full-bodied with a chunky mouthfeel. Superb.

Cask at the Nags Head, Reading. A bright amber pour with no head; fruity barley aroma; thick and syrupy in the mouth with a grainy body, and a well-balanced rounded bitterness; then a drying sour grain finish leaving some warmth. A satisfying pint.
