Cask handpump at Café Beermoth, Manchester, Friday 14th July 2017 Lovely mouthfeel, soft and a little velvety, a good citrus edge, dry finish. Fruity and with a good but well balanced bitterness. Juicy, really juicy, grapefruit now zipping through. Very good. Appearance is amber with a white head. A great example of how to do a hoppy bitter well. A7 A4 T8 P4 Ov15 3.8

Overall 7
Cask at CBC. Clerkenwell on 14th July 2017. Slightly hazy copper with off-white lacing foam. Very English hop and malt aroma, with a fruity kick at start of liquid pass. Then leafy hops and caramel malt, followed by a bitter finish. Smooth, light mouthfeel and body.
