Cask at CBC, Covent Garden on 25th February 2017. Brownish copper with yellow-tinged foam and scant lacing. Richly malty aroma. Nutty maltiness in-mouth with some leafy hop notes. A bittersweet, though increasingly bitter finish. Light mouthfeel and body. Enjoyable.

Cask @ Calans, Hebden Bridge. Clear dark copper with a thin head. Has a fuller-bodied grainy-maltiness with a lower bitterness. There’s a low sweetness about it too.
