Cask (handpump) @ MBCF17 [ Manchester Beer & Cider Festival 2017 ] Manchester Central Convention Complex, Windmill Street, Manchester, Greater Manchester, England M2 3GX. [ As Brass Castle Sacred Lake ].Clear medium orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, caramel, moderate hoppy, citrus, grapefruit, sharp. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, fruity malt, fruity hops, sharp, pale malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20170118] 6-3-7-3-14
