Clean enough (very mild haze at last pour), light yellow colour with a bubbly-frothy white cap, good stay and soapy lacing. Straw malt nose with some light hops. Crisp, refreshing mouthfeel with just enough mild dryness in the end. Good German cereal grains with some spicy Saaz hops. A well-brewed North-American Pilsner.

A hazed blonde pils with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, nice biscuit malt with grassy hops, light mineral notes, OK. In mouth, light biscuit malt with faint grassy hops, light mineral notes, watery. On tap at Calabogie location.
