Slightly hazy bright golden, light-yellow colour with very active carbonation, a creamy warm off-white cap, great retention leaving very thick creamy lacing. Brettish aromas with some soft earthiness and sourness. The Simcoe hops do help out balance this, with some grassiness. Same, mildly in the taste with a light dry finish. A little tarty in the mouthfeel. Gets hazier and hints of pears come out in the flavours. Pretty easy to drink and well-brewed overall.

A golden ale with a thin lacing off white. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with nice resinous floral hops, light brett, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light resinous hops, light tropical fruits, light Brett, ground cherry, pleasant.
