Bottle from the brewery. Hazy yellow pour, with a large white head. Very acidic, vinous aroma, white grape juice, soft sweetness, light cereals. Mouth feel is dry, and tat, lively carb. Soft Fu k, tart fi ish, very vinous, this borders more on white wine than beer. Riesling is very pronounced, acidic and slightly sweet.

Bottle: Poured a pale yellow ale with a large foamy head with OK retention and light lacing. Aroma of rustic malt notes with some tart notes and funny ester. Taste is a mix of rustic malt with some tart notes, some vinous notes with some funky ester. Body is about average with good carbonation. Enjoyable barrel-aged saison but tart notes could be less dominant.
A hazed golden saison with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity banana malt with light Brett and grapeskin, Curaçao, pleasant and smooth. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity banana malt with light cloves, light Brett and grapeskins. Bottle from brewery, 6 months old.
