Draught @ MBCC '17 [ Green Session ]. - Mikkeller Beer Copenhagen Celebration 2017, Øksnehallen, Halmtorvet 11, 1700 København V, Danmark. [ As Cigar City / Struise Absolutely Okay ].Clear dark brown colour with a small, fizzy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, bread, roasted, chocolate, wood, dried fruit, belgian yeast. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, alcohol, wood, bread, dark malt, chocolate - vanilla - bourbon, dried fruit, belgian yeast. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20170513] 8-4-8-4-16

On tap at at Beavertown Extravaganza 2017. Pours black with beige head. Toffee, chocolate, vanilla, dried fruit, bourbon, some wood. Sweet, somewhat warming. Full bodied.

Draught @ Mikkeller Beer Celebration Copenhagen 2017 - Green Session
Pours dark brown with a tan head. Aroma has notes of roasted malt, chocolate, coffee, vanilla, caramel, alcohol and dried fruits. Taste is heavy sweet and light bitter with a long warm, caramel, vanilla, chocolate and dried fruity finish. Body is full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Sample at Beer Meets Wood on 09/23/2017. Dark brown color with a medium light brown head that diminishes steadily to an outer ring. Small patches of lace. Aroma of bourbon, vanilla, oak and chocolate malt. Full-bodied with flavors of oaky bourbon, charred malt, chocolate and dark fruit. The finish is oaky with a bourbon and malt aftertaste. Good beer overall.

Keg at Beavertown Extravaganza 2017 - London. Pours amber-brown with a foamy, off-white head. Great big beast, with lots of dried fruits, brown bread, toffee, vanilla, fruitcake. Really sweet. Full bodied and oily, with fine carbonation. Warming finish, with notes of dates, more fruitcake, brown bread, plenty more toffee. Lots of fun in moderate dosage.

Keg at Beavertown Extravaganza. It pours deep red – brown with a small beige head. The aroma is soft, sweet, sugary dried fruits, oak, vanilla, toffee, black tea and cookie dough. The taste is soft, sweet, oily, sugary, warming boozy vibes, earth, wood, bourbon, tannin, black tea, leather, spice and some warming alcohol through the finish. Full body and fine carbonation. A rich and toothy sipping ale. Good fun.

Fat på MBCC 2017. Smak och doft av karamell, torkad frukt, brunt socker, lönnsirap, bröstkarameller, katrinplommon med toner av bourbon. Mastig och mustig, komplex, stor sötma, rund och len, bra balans. Mycket gott!
