Cask at Pig's Ear. Near clear gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Airy palate, mildly dry, decent fine minerally carbonation. Light malts, a light creamy sweetness. Light cooling pine. Light and reasonably bright juicy citrus hops. Mild peel. Trace of lemon. Light dry finish. Quaffable and fairly well hopped if a tad dry.
