A malty dark amber lager, brewed with the finest malts from Bamburg. A deep smokey flavour gives way to a rounded mouthfeel in this satisfyingly drinkable smoked beer.

Cask at Pig's Ear. Clear amber beer, small pale tan head. Light palate, mildly dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Slightly thin but smooth malts, a light caramel and cream sweetness. Light white smoke blends well with bright but ripe citrus. Trace of peel. Light finish. A very drinkable smoke job.

Nice brown colour with thin head. Really good level of smokiness. Woody, beechy, slightly meaty. Slightly too thin perhaps.
