Sample (thanks omhper!). Black colour, small off-white head. Aroma is toffee, some caramel, liquorice, chocolate and some slight roasted tones. Flavour is liquorice, chocolate, rye and some mild toasted tones with some coffee too. Smooth.

Smell-weak to medium, malt, roast, chocolate, weak caramel. Foam- roast, malt, dark chocolate-ish, caramel-ish. Head is quite large, medium-dark brown color. Sticks. Appearance- brewer bottle cap, somewhat simple, classic label.Black color or very dark brown, few carbonation bubbles. From - pint Taste- malty, sweet, caramel, roast, weak bitter tones, weak caramel. More sweet than roasty or malty. Interesting.

0,5 flaske fra Bulgarsk Mad (Åbroboulevard København), i lejligheden mars -18: klar, rødlig sort med flott beige skum som varer. Mørke bær, mild dessertkaffe og lakrissjokolader er de umiddelbare assosiasjonene. Smaksrik og god men muligens litt i søteste laget, den hadde tålt litt mer bitterhet. Allikevel et godt kjøp for bare 16 kroner.

50cl bottle from Riga International Airport, Riga. Pours clear mahogany coloured with a modest, beige head. Mild roasty aroma with dark fruits, caramel and chocolate. Sweet and malty with mild roasty flavours. Pleasant one.

Bottle @ Home. Pours very dark brown with a creamy tan head. Aroma of roasted malt, caramel, light coffee, toasted bread, sweet dark chocolate. Flavor is sweet, light bitter, malty, caramel, little coffee, chocolate, toasted bread, little licorice. Medium body, soft to average carbonation, sweet and light bitter finish. 180118

Bottle 500ml. @ home. [ As Aldaris Mežpils Porteris ].Clear dark red brown colour with a large, creamy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, light beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, roasted, sweet roasted, burnt sugar, brown sugar. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet with a average to long duration, rich umarmi, dark malt, brown sugar, roasted, umarmi, bread, rich sweet malt - dark malt. Creamy beige head stayed on a still, near black body. Malt, demerara, caramel, licorice & berry aroma. Medium to full bodied, smooth on the palate with a slight tingle on the back. Clean on the aft. Under ripe berries, dark sugar, tangy citrus hints & bitter, fruity finish.
