Cask at Pigs Ear 2019 - London. Pours clear, reddish gold with a light, bubbly white head. Holds lightly toasted malts, strong leafy hops, orange rind, British yeast. Light bodied with fine carbonation; good condition. Nicely balanced finish, further leafy hop character. Solid.
