Bottle. Darkest brown with a claret shine, bown cream. Doughy rural notes, smoke and roast, light body, hay, light pithy sulphuric note, earthy aftertaste. Probably not for everyone.

Bottle. Dark brown. Bread, malt, roasted, ash, burned, reminds me of that one Gose I had that disappointed me so much I sometimes still think of it. Soft, a bit thin, creamy, burned sugar, smoke, ash. Front heavy. Bready like a Schwarzbier. Not undrinkable, but I am not too sure what to make of it. Don't think it would improve with vanilla ice cream.

Tiefschwarze Farbe mit rötlichem Schimmer; mächtige gemischtporige und sehr stabile Schaumkrone. In der Nase rauchig, Schinken, röstmalzig. Im Geschmack deutlich rauchig, malzig, deutliches Röstmalz, trocken, schlank, präsente Bittere. Das ist insgesamt für ein Alkoholfreies ziemlich aromatisch.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a clear, dark brown with a creamy, beige head. Distinct, fatty Bamberg smoke aroma paired with a nutty, toasty edge. Light body, dry nuttiness with smoky flavors but less than in the nose. Dry finish with a slight tartness but no real bitterness. Quite decent actually. 281225
