On tap at teatro delle birre Mantova. Pours a clear gold with little head. Aroma is complex cider vinegar, fruity, stonefruit. Medium body. Flavour is sour and tart - nice acidity balanced by a good flavour profile. Lots of umami, light peach, cider vinegar. Delicious.

Uklar gul med hvitt skum. Lukter fersken, sitron, svovel. Smaker brent fyrstikk, fersken og sitron. Syrlig. Sitron henger i avslutningen.

Gul uklar med hvitt skum. Lukter ost, svovel og stenfrukt. Lett. Fruktig og sur. Tydelig fersken i start og avslutning, sitron og svovel. Middels lang.

Notater fra en aldeles utmerket kveld på Våland, i lag med Egil, Johan, Camilla, Marianne og Fia. Denne 0,33 flasken fra importkofferten ble den andre av kveldens to nedturer: uklar blekgul med ok skum. Ekkel aroma av citronsyre, uluftet gymbag, sure sokker, halvråtne pærer og magesyre. En diskret rap bekreftet at den ble ikke bedre på returen. Over bordkanten.

Bottle shared with Holmen1, Johan, Camilla, Marianne at Johan’s place 02.07.22. Cloudy pale peach colour. Aroma and taste of gastric acid. Perhaps also some sour peach and citric acid. Dry and acid mouthfeel.
