Gravity cask at Pigs Ear 2017 - Hackney. Pours Deep brown with a bubbly, tan head. The nose has light roast, dry cocoa, dried fruits. Light sweet flavour with a little bittersweet cocoa, some drying ash, old leather. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Decent balance to finish, with further drying ash, baking cocoa, some raisins. Not bad.
